A Belgian national, Dr
Stainier was born in Lima in 1967 and spent her
early years in Peru and in Brazil. She then moved
to Italy and passed the baccalauréat (maths)
at the French Lycée of Rome.

 Training:
In 1990, Catherine Stainier obtained her laurea in Medicine
at the University "La Sapienza," Rome; she specialized
in Pediatrics at the University "Tor Vergata," Rome,
and took advanced courses in Special Therapy of the Newborn
and in Medical Ethics. She has completed the 3-year Cisdo
School training program in Homeopathic Medicine and a basic
course in phytotherapy. |
| Experience:
includes general pediatric practice and counseling with families,
crèches and other services for infants, children and
teenagers in town, as well as hospital work in pediatric and
nursing wards, and immediate attention to the newborn in the
delivery room. |

Services provided:

Attention, cure and follow-up of diseases affecting the infant,
the child or the teenager using standard methods supplemented,
as indicated, with homeopathic remedies.
- Protection of child health through promotion of proper diets,
comprehensive immunization programs, and general and special
screening exams.
- Parental support regarding child development and education,
adapted to the cultural identity of the family.
- Day-to-day practice at the consulting room also includes
the implemementation of pediatric check-ups, administration
of vaccines, and allergy testing.
- To the greatest extent possible, Dr Catherine Stainier makes
herself available for advice and counseling on the phone and
via E-mail, particularly to the nursing mother. |
