At the beginning of 2026, Aventino Medical Group is launching the Essential Reset package, dedicated to adults who want to improve their metabolic balance and diet with the help of specialists.

- Endocrinology check-up: assessment of metabolism and blood sugar, review of test results, guidance on physical activity, sleep and realistic goals.
- Consultation with dietitian/nutritionist: analysis of eating habits, post-holiday low-calorie Mediterranean meal plan, education about sugars, fats, alcohol, fibre and hydration.
- Online follow-up included: after 4–8 weeks, a free online follow-up appointment with both specialists.
- Prescription for blood tests: prescription for the recommended metabolic profile, to be performed in an external laboratory (cost of tests not included).
- Optional mini-programme with psychotherapist: short cycle of sessions (3–4 appointments) at a dedicated rate for those who purchase the package, to work on the relationship with food, guilt and habit change.

For those who wish to work on their relationship with food, feelings of guilt, habit change and health-related worries, a short psychotherapy programme of 4 sessions is available at a rate of €300.
