Psychological support for self-esteem

“Discover your personal talents through fables and symbolic images”

A lot of people think they know themselves well and say: “This is my real nature”.
In reality, we shouldn’t rely on the permanent knowledge of ourselves: the soul has various shades  and an unstable identity.
Knowing each other doesn’t mean identifying the image always in the same way, there is always a surprise in each of us.

If we consider the soul to have a unique and invariable identity, we risk getting depressed or having panic attacks, disorders which could remind us that we are not living our real nature, that we are limiting ourselves denying our talents.

Does a caterpillar, while making a cocoon and closing itself pupa-shaped, know it will turn into a wonderful butterfly in its adulthood?
A butterfly as a metaphor  is a symbol of a new nature of an individual who achieved his “imago” in its adult phase, when transformed.
What the transformation process creates is a new form of life, enriched with the talents which make us shine bright at the light now.

Treating yourself to a special journey towards inner consciousness through psychotherapy, listening carefully to yourself, allows you to get in touch with the most authentic side of yourself and to take back something what has been waiting for good to be taken to the surface from the deep inside.
